GENERAL RENTAL POLICIES
All reservations require a $350 deposit on your credit card to reserve your dates, this deposit is applied toward the rental cost, and the balance is due no later than 10 weeks before the check in. Visa & MasterCard are accepted.
- A cleaning fee of $130 on stays of less than 7 nights will be added.
- Pool/Spa heat is $25 per night which is recommended October through March.
- 13% Sales tax is applied to all rentals.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- More than 10 weeks before arrival – Loss of $350 Deposit
- Between 6 to 10 weeks before arrival – Loss of 50% of Total Cost
- Less than 6 weeks before arrival – Loss of 100% of Total Cost
- Vacation Insurance is recommended
